"The Devil works fast, but Sue Ross works faster," is something that I have definitely said to at least 5 people over the years. I first came to Sue Ross back in 2018 following a recommendation from a friend, and within a few weeks, I was in a temporary position that became a permanent role for the next 2 and a half years. When I found myself redundant due to the COVID-19 crisis in September 2020, I reached out once again to Sue Ross and was in a new temporary position, working at home, within a week. And even when I was in my temporary work, I received weekly calls from the permanent team with new opportunities they thought I'd be interested in. Though they must have hundreds of people currently signed with them looking for work, the team make you feel like you're the only one on their books at the moment and that they're putting all their energy into finding you the perfect role (which they are!). Communication is brilliant and I have never felt pressured to accept a role if I didn't want to. The team must be exhausted but they always sound so friendly and happy to hear from me if I ever have to speak to them, and when I found myself having to leave a position due to personal reasons, they were quick to get me into another role, stress-free! I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for me over the years, and they're the first company I recommend to any friends who are looking for new positions."
