A proud mum of two grown-up boys (and Bella the Boxer 🐾), Sheena oversees the day-to-day running of the business while remaining hands-on with the Temporary and Contract recruitment desk. Her wealth of experience, dedication, and genuine care for clients and candidates alike continue to be at the heart of the company’s success.

Nat, our resident Aussie (and now officially a Brit since 2025!), joined the team in 2016. Mum to Australian budgie Rali, Nat brings energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude to everything she does. Always smiling and full of enthusiasm, Nat’s positivity and dedication make her a much-loved member of the Sue Ross Recruitment team.

Laura joined our Temporary and Contract team in 2025 and has quickly become part of the furniture. Known for her quick wit and one-liners, she always brings a smile to everyone’s face in the office. Originally from West Yorkshire and now happily settled in Sheffield, Laura balances a busy home life with a toddler and cockerspaniel Coleman, with her role supporting Sheena and Nat as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. She ensures our candidates are well looked after and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

A busy mum to two teenagers, cockapoo Betty, and mischievous cat Elson, Kay is constantly on the go and never without a smile on her face.
