A proud mum of two grown-up boys (and Bella the Boxer 🐾), Sheena oversees the day-to-day running of the business while remaining hands-on with the temporary and permanent recruitment desk. Her wealth of experience, dedication, and genuine care for clients and candidates alike continue to be at the heart of the company’s success.

A proud mum to a teenage son and twin girls Claudia & Delores (cats), Cara is our resident crazy cat lady – with a touch of witchy charm!

Kayleigh joined the Sue Ross family in 2022 as a Recruitment Co-ordinator, progressing to Consultant working on both temporary and permanent vacancies. With a strong focus on candidate care, she ensures all registrations and compliance processes run seamlessly, whilst also supporting Robyn with payroll. A mum to two young children, Kayleigh balances home and work life with effortless calm — always bringing a sense of organisation and warmth to everything she does.

Originally from West Yorkshire and now happily settled in Sheffield, Laura balances a busy home life with a toddler and cocker spaniel Coleman.  As a Recruitment Consultant, Laura works on a range of both temporary and permanent vacancies.

A busy mum to two teenagers, cockapoo Betty, and mischievous cat Elson, Kay is constantly on the go and never without a smile on her face.
