The Role

As a Valuer, you will play a key role in the growth of the business by:

• Conducting accurate residential property valuations and winning listings
• Securing new instructions and generating new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
• Working towards and exceeding agreed targets

We are looking for a confident and results-driven individual who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in residential property valuations and listings
• A strong track record in winning instructions and generating business
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• A customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver outstanding service
• A target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed expectations
