Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected specialist in the construction sector, to recruit a Social Media Executive for a full-time, permanent role.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and fast-growing marketing team. The successful candidate will take ownership of multi-channel social media content, delivering engaging campaigns and driving brand storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Executive role:

• Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop visually engaging multimedia content, including short-form videos, reels, carousels, live stories, and more.
• Innovate with new formats and storytelling techniques to showcase products, customer stories, and brand values.
• Monitor emerging social media trends and platforms, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Support campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring content aligns with overall strategy and tone.
• Capture on-site content, including photos, videos, and testimonials, and assist with live streams, virtual events, and site tours.

Candidate Requirements for the Social Media Executive role:

• Proven experience managing and creating social content for a brand.
• Creative mindset with strong eye for design, tone, and storytelling.
• Skilled in short-form video creation (shooting, editing, captions, reels/TikTok).
• Comfortable on camera and engaging with customers and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and publishing tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle is necessary
