Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist supplier of industrial equipment in the recruitment of a Service Administrator covering a period of maternity leave for c.7 months.

Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for being first point of contact for all existing customers calling in relation to equipment repairs and maintenance.  This will include:

  • Taking customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring customers are kept updated throughout
  • Taking control of the administration of planning and routing
  • Raising breakdowns on the system and allocating to engineers
  • Organising monthly visits in the planner and book accordingly
  • Actively maintaining all office records, marking off documentation, matching all paperwork including job sheets and calibration certificates and prompt filing to ensure a tidy and efficient admin function
  • Assisting the Admin Team Leader and Service Manager as necessary

The ideal candidate must be organised, proactive and a strong team player. The working environment is fast paced so being able to work under pressure is a must.

The office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
