Essential:
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Desirable:
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, or merchandise-based environments.
