This is a permanent role and can be considered on a full time or part time (4 days a week) basis, with hybrid working options.
This is a challenging and rewarding role in a busy full-service marketing agency, where this individual will be a member of the team behind one of Yorkshire’s largest and most successful full service marketing agencies.
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join this award-winning Marketing and Communications Team to lead in the delivery of high profile behaviour change and marketing accounts across a range of clients.
For this pivotal role we are looking for someone who is an experienced marketer. They will have acquired a strong track record in developing relationships with high profile clients, achieving high client retention levels and able to deliver confident client direction.
This role also requires expertise in relationship business development which will involve identifying new opportunities with existing clients, responding to those opportunities and, if required, pitching for new work. There is potential for this role to attract commission-based bonuses in future based on new business acquisition from existing clients or contacts.
You will have experience of marketing communications services, covering marketing consultancy and strategy, planning and delivery, and including managing all aspects of delivering integrated marketing services to clients, including social media based campaigns and digital/on-line marketing campaigns.
The Account Director will have proven experience of successful client relationship management, including the planning and delivery of complex client briefs and leading project teams.
The Account Director will be ambitious, confident, enthusiastic, charismatic and intuitive, able to take responsibility for developing positive and profitable client relationships. A great leader of individuals who gets the best out of their skills and enjoys mentoring and developing others.
