Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a niche service provider in their field, who are preparing for an exciting step form and launching a new system.  They are looking for two meticulous and proactive Data Entry Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis until c. January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved at a pivotal moment in our clients digital transformation journey and gain hands-on experience with a leading system.

Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Administrator:

• Input, verify and maintain accurate business data
• Process quotes and sales orders with precision
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency across records
• Support data migration and clean-up tasks, aligning legacy data with new systems
• Run saved searches and generate reports to support the wider business
