Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a force within the UK fuel industry, expanding quickly and strengthening their presence nationwide. To support this growth, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Customer Relationship Manager to join the Sheffield office. This is a key role where your work will directly contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Account Management: Manage existing accounts, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to help achieve business and revenue targets.
• Customer Retention: Support engagement strategies that improve client experience and retention.
• Order Processing: Accurately manage and process client orders.
• Administration: Maintain schedules, documentation, and general office administration.
• Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues to ensure seamless client service.
• Additional Duties: Undertake tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service and/or account management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with a commitment to exceptional service
