Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client,  a client‑focused law firm with a strong reputation for delivering residential and commercial property services amongst other legal areas. We’re looking for a skilled Conveyancer who will thrive and develop their existing client base, within our clients growing practice.

As a Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear, proactive communication to clients and third parties
• Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and reviewing search results
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
• Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm standards
• Maintaining accurate case management records and meeting deadlines

Candidate Requirements

• You must have an established following, bringing a steady client base from existing contacts.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A client‑centred approach and confident communication style
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
