Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting for an accomplished Business Manager to join one of South Yorkshire’s most established, high‑performing and forward‑thinking practices.

This is a senior operational leadership role ideal for a confident, capable business leader who thrives on complexity, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape how an organisation works.

⭐ About the Role 

As a key member of the practice leadership team, you will work closely with the partners to ensure the organisation remains resilient, well‑run, and future‑focused.

Experience in primary care or healthcare is welcome but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong operational or people‑management backgrounds ideally from service‑driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing senior operational leadership across the practice
• Overseeing the quality and consistency of primary care delivery
• Leading, developing and supporting a large multidisciplinary workforce
• Managing HR systems, policies, performance and staff wellbeing
• Overseeing financial management, budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting strategic planning and organisational development
• Driving service improvement, efficiency and modern ways of working
• Helping maintain the practice’s reputation as a regional leader in innovation and technology

You will join an experienced management structure and work with engaged partners who value professional leadership and clear operational governance.
