Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service?
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established international client based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated and dynamic team on a 12 month FTC.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ERP system.
  • Resolve queries and complaints efficiently, providing a high standard of service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (shipping, inventory, scheduling, sales) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Escalate customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

🔹 Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or order processing environment
  • Confident with ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
