Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a medico-legal service provider based in Sheffield.

We are looking for an administrator, working from our clients Sheffield (S9) based offices. You will assist with general office administration duties including;

•           Opening, sorting, distribution of incoming and outgoing post.

•           Providing nominations to solicitors.

•           Processing instructions from solicitors.

•           Arranging appointments where required.

•           Obtaining, chasing and sending of medical records.

•           Logging medical reports.

•           Processing any further correspondence.

•           Liaising with medical experts.

•           Keeping up to date expert profiles.

•           Locating and recruitment of new Medical Experts.

•           Holiday cover for your department.

•           Assisting with the busy workloads of others.

These duties are in addition to:

•           Dealing with general enquiries from medical experts

•           Dealing with general enquiries from solicitors

•           Complaints handling and resolution

•           Any other ad-hoc duties as required
