Director / Senior Manager – Valuations

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading professional services firm that’s expanding its award-winning Financial Reporting Advisory & Valuations team. They’re looking for a technically strong, commercially astute Valuations Director or Senior Manager to join during a key growth phase.

The Opportunity

• Lead and deliver: Take ownership of valuation advisory projects, driving client delivery and revenue growth.
• Shape the future: Play a pivotal role in succession planning and integrating valuation expertise across the firm.
• Collaborate widely: Build relationships across advisory, audit, and contentious valuations, becoming a trusted expert internally and externally.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in company valuations, ideally across financial reporting, audit support, and advisory contexts.
• Strong track record in financial reporting valuation work (e.g., purchase price allocations, share-based payments, financial instruments).
• A forensic mindset or interest in contentious/dispute-related work.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and lead teams collaboratively.
• Technical accounting experience is advantageous but not essential.
