Temporary Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work in a really busy family run business.  You will be working closely with other team members and the role is to cover the company’s peak period   You will be taking high volumes of incoming calls in relation to placing customer orders.  Currently the role is to start as soon as possible and will run up until the end of August.  Daily duties will include:

• Extensive customer liaison you will be answering high volumes of incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries
• General order entry
• Taking credit card payments
• Dealing with general queries emails and complaints

This role requires someone who enjoys dealing with people and is articulate at communicating across a broad range of people.  It is working within a really supportive and friendly team and the hours of work are  Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
