Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with their client, a specialist technology company based in the S20 area of Sheffield.  Due to heavy workloads they are now looking for an experienced Administrator to come and work with them.  Initially this is a temporary position however there is the opportunity for the role to potentially become permanent for the right candidate.  Initially the key duties will include:

  • Producing accurate and timely quotations
  • Assisting with the creation of new bids including collation of information and downloading files
  • Updating a central database with client information
  • Following up on tasks and working towards set timescales
  • Book internal meetings for quote reviews
  • Preparation of reports for internal meetings.
  • Actioning queries and monitoring a busy sales inbox
  • Manage internal Calendar for meetings and team holidays.
