Sue Ross Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Sheffield’s most respected charities in the recruitment of a Support Assistant for a period of 12 months with the potential for the role to be extended.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating training across the organisation and providing administrative support within the department.

Key responsibilities and duties include;

  • Developing and maintaining administrative procedures
  • Updating records and producing monthly reports
  • Preparing agendas for meetings
  • Attending regular team meetings
  • Diary management
  • Co-ordinating with various departments
  • Preparing marketing and promotional materials
  • Co-ordinating the logistics of equipment for various teams
  • Compiling information and preparing reports

This role would suit an organised individual with experience of working in Administration. The successful candidate must be able to prioritise their own work schedule and communicate with a variety of people.
