Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international engineering company in the recruitment of a Service & Warranty Co-ordinator.

As Service and Warranty Coordinator you will have overall responsibility to coordinate field and remote service work from order through to invoice and support technical and warranty queries on their range of products, including basic troubleshooting/query resolution and prompt dispatch and return associated with warranty claims from customers.

Key duties include:

  • Coordinate and execute necessary actions to ensure on time Service work with a first-time fix, including but not limited to:
    • Travel arrangements
    • Stock movements and management
    • Customer communication
    • Supplier management
    • Invoicing
  • Basic troubleshooting of common faults and escalation when needed
  • Coordinate and execute actions as needed for warranty claims
    • Ensuring goods are promptly dispatched for valid warranty cases
    • Arranging field attendance under warranty when needed
    • Feeding back to customer on warranty claim validity
    • Returns of goods arranged for testing and diagnosis of faults and coordination of chargeable work

Applicants must have a strong customer service background and ideally be experienced in allocating repairs/breakdowns to engineers.

You must have minimum 2 years experience in customer facing roles and skilled in complaint management, customer service and administration.

Ideally experience within sales orientated environment with knowledge of Microsoft programs being beneficial, any experience with NAV or Office 365 desirable but not essential.
