Sue Ross Recruitment are proud to be working with this innovative, hi-tech company with head offices in Sheffield.      Due to considerable growth, they seek a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to start asap to provide support to the Internal Recruitment/HR team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining the recruitment system/portal – monitoring the status of vacancies, applications, interviews and offers
  • Liaising with hiring managers to obtain feedback on applications and interviews
  • Liaising with candidates, recruitment agencies and hiring managers
  • Arranging interviews
  • Organising UK and international travel and accommodation
  • Collecting and checking candidates’ ID, right to work in the UK documentation etc

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience in Administration.  You must have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to work on your own initiative.
