Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established supplier to the construction trade who are recruiting a Office Manager/Small Works Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
You will be responsible for overseeing all the administration systems, procedures and staff to ensure that the business runs smoothly. You will also take responsibility for running all small works projects.
Key duties include:
Managing a team of c10 – administration , warehouse and logistics personnel
Managing all minor/small works processes, contract management & pricing
This is a varied and hands on role, therefore we seek capable candidates, ideally with construction industry experience and proven team leading abilities.
