Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an international company who are wanting an experienced Office Administrator to work within their offices based in Sheffield 8 area.
This is a really lovely role and the client are able to consider part time or full time hours. There is onsite parking and a really lovely, close knit team who are really supportive. This opportunity is due to a long standing member of the team going on maternity leave. You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. Key duties will include:
The successful candidate will ensure full commitment and highest possible standard of service in the delivery of role & responsibilities at all times. You will have positive interactions with customers and colleagues and be a part of a really positive and close knit team. It would be desirable if you have experience of SAP and working within a manufacturing environment although this is not essential. Good solid IT skills are important as is experience of the sales order processing function. The company have a really high staff retention rate and as such we can honestly say this is a genuinely great opportunity to join a solid and supportive team.
