Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Management Assistant.    This is a varied and interesting role with a 50/50 split between being the main point of contact for all UK staff wide HR issues, and also providing the senior management team with support.   This will include providing PA support to the MD as well has working with other department heads on various projects.

Key duties will include:

  • First point of contact for HR related matters and thereafter and if required co-ordination between line manager and external legal partner
  • Managing key HR meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Supporting line managers with key performance improvement plans
  • Recruitment company co-ordination & supporting line managers with interview processes
  • Managing new employees onboarding programme
  • Implementation/consideration of employee training/development programmes
  • Maintaining of employee files and records
  • Producing monthly HR report for MD
  • Reviewing employee expenses (with C/C’s) ahead of approval by MD/Finance
  • Supervision of keys/fobs
  • General Facilities Management i.e. managing cleaning company & ordering of office supplies.
