Sue Ross Recruitment are dealing with an exciting new opportunity which has arisen! We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join an established family student lettings business based in Sheffield. This role will include all aspects of lettings negotiation both finding and retaining student tenants for the company’s owned portfolio of 1-7 bed properties in the Ecclesall, Hunters Bar and Broomhill areas.
The successful Lettings Administrator will be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable. Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount. You must be well spoken and well presentable, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.
Working with a small close-knit team in a pleasant friendly office environment this role will offer the security of a long term established business. You will be approximately 80% office based and 20% out at properties conducting viewings with potential tenants.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, duties will include:
Applicants must have previous administration experience and a good level of Word, Outlook, Excel. Experience in the use of WordPress and experience in student rental property market is extremely advantageous.
Free parking in the company car park is available and you will have use of the company vehicle for viewings outside walking distance. Clean driving licence preferred or alternatively use of own transport required.
