Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international manufacturing company in the recruitment of an Internal Sales/Customer Service Administrator.
Working in a small, established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries. You will be responsible for taking and processing orders, handling literature requests, providing technical information, order status updates, invoice queries etc.
This is a varied and interesting role therefore you must be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
Applicants must have recent sales administration or internal sales experience – gained within a manufacturing company and have strong IT skills (including the use of MS Excel).
