Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a market leading, innovative, design led creative business in the appointment of an Internal Recruiter to join their HR/Talent Acquisition team.

As this role is hybrid, you will be based predominantly from home but you will need to visit stakeholders once per month, therefore we are ideally looking for applicants who lives in one of the following areas so that they can be near an office location: Sheffield/Newcastle/Leeds/Leamington Spa.

The role would best suit a candidate with previous full-cycle recruitment experience.

Key duties include:

  • Lead design and production recruitment efforts across multiple sites in the UK and overseas
  • Utilise your existing sourcing experience across multiple platforms and technologies to find the best suited candidates in the market.
  • Work closely with senior discipline stakeholders across the group to understand hiring requirements and provide insights and advice on market conditions.
  • Work with the Recruitment Lead to better understand the available data for your pipeline, using this to drive your decision making and inform your hiring partners.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience across all stages of the talent acquisition process including: sourcing, interviewing, debriefing and offer stages.
  • Where necessary, work closely with our agency partners as a key point of contact for the design and production discipline; keeping them updated on role requirements, processes and candidate activity.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in full lifecycle recruitment in the media/tech industry, design space or SaaS technology; ideally within an in-house or RPO role.
  • Strong working experience with LinkedIn RPS and sourcing methods including: Boolean searching, X-Ray searching, Meetup.com and social media to name a few
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build internal relationships with peers, senior stakeholders and HR partners.
  • A clear, data-driven mindset, with a passion for understanding market-trends and patterns to inform your recruitment efforts.
  • An ability to inform and influence hiring managers as an effect talent acquisition partner; providing insights to enable them to make informed hiring decisions.
