Inside Sales Support

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an innovative supply chain management company. Due to continued success and growth, they are recruiting an Inside Sales Support to join their dedicated team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and expanding client accounts
• Providing quotes to clients in a timely manner
• Following up on inquiries from both new and existing customers
• Processing and managing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Generating new leads through cold calling
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving any issues

Applicants must have proven experience in sales support, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research. Proficiency in a commercial European language (written and spoken) and an excellent ability to cold call to process new leads.

A full driving licence and own vehicle is preferred.

We are seeking positive, proactive professionals who are passionate about sales. You will be highly driven, motivated by success, with the ability to hit targets and work under pressure.
