Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an international company, based in Sheffield. They are recruiting for a fluent German speaking HR Shared Services Co-ordinator to supervise and support the HR administration function.
Previous HR experience is not required in this role, however you must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in German to be considered for this role.
Working closely with the HR Shared Services Manager, you will undertake all administration tasks associated with HR & Payroll processes and procedures covering the employment life cycle (on-boarding, employment changes, benefit & pensions administration and terminations). In this role you will be responsible for accurate payroll & HR System data input and general record keeping, including Time and Attendance and & payroll input.
This role will require you to provide administration support to help deliver a positive employee experience and supporting all employees and managers with first line information and advice on HR policies and procedures.
Experience of working within a target driven organisation to achieve common goals and working in a high pressure, high volume processing environment will be advantageous.
