Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an independent service company based in the healthcare sector who are looking to recruit a HR Assistant.

You will be providing administrative support to the HR Team and duties will include;

  • Assisting with recruitment including advertising, arranging interviews, maintaining the company careers page
  • Updating the payroll department with any necessary employee changes
  • Updating HR databases
  • Maintaining working pattern information for branch staff
  • Maintaining sickness and absence information
  • Handling leavers administration
  • Taking minutes in departmental meetings
  • Checking and inputting diary sheets
  • Liaising with employment lawyers to gather advice and communicate back to management
  • Scanning and filing to maintain HR documents and files
  • Assisting with the administration of welfare processes
  • Applying for and providing employment references
  • Administering new starter procedures
  • Dealing with queries from employees
  • General HR administration duties

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous administration experience gained within HR or be a HR Graduate with general office administration experience.

The role is full time and upon completion of training period, will offer a mix of office and remote working.
