Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Health & Safety Manager.

You will be responsible for developing the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures as well as managing all Environmental & Quality policies.

Duties include:


  • Ensure requirements are maintained and managed company-wide – managing Health and Safety, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Completion of risk assessments
  • Accident and incident investigation
  • Maintaining all relevant documentation
  • Managing Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015
  • Leading on all company Environmental issues including leading on ISO 14001:2015
  • Manage legal requirements
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents investigated and reported

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must be NEBSOH qualified and hold a quality management qualification.  You will also be Lead auditor qualified (ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 standards)

You will have recent H&S management experience and be able to display excellent leadership abilities.  We seek an excellent communicator who is able to work under pressure.
