Sue Ross Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client, a global leader in their industry.  They are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work on one of their divisions, for a 12 month fixed term contract.  The role will report into the Customer Service Team Leader and you will be required to provide complex order entry management and order tracking and follow up for customer.

Key responsibilities include;

– Process orders for the sales team
– monitor deadlines until goods are received by the customers
– draw up customer invoice ensuring right quantity and correct price are applied
– Process claims associated with orders, returns etc
– Maintain intensive contact with customers so as to be aware and understand their requirements etc
– Logistics and price management in order to meet requested delivery date
– Respond to more complex customer questions
– Maintain a proper and structured filing system

The successful candidate will enjoy a fast and busy workload and enjoy working to and succeeding deadlines and MUST be a fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN speaker.  Currently the company offer a combination of office and remote working however this will change at some point throughout the contract and will become fully office based.  Therefore, it is essential that you are comfortable with either option.
