Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working on a fantastic Customer Service opportunity on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturing company based North of Sheffield.  This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, working full time Monday to Friday, based at our clients’ office where parking facilities are available.

This role requires a fluent French speaker to provide an outstanding Customer Experience by handling customer queries and complaints. You MUST be able to speak, read and write in French fluently as this role will be dealing with customers in French.   

Working in a supporting and busy team environment key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Speaking to customers in English and French
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone, email and online
  • Providing technical advice to customers
  • Updating the CRM system with accurate information
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Providing support to other team members
  • Dealing with complaints

You must be confident at speaking with customers and have the ability to deal with dissatisfied customers whilst always enhancing the customer experience.
