Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a global professional services organisation in the recruitment of a French speaking Administrator.  This is a contract position, for a fixed term of 6 months and will require the successful candidate to work Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.  Our client offer a hybrid working, or if you prefer to work full time in the office our client will accommodate this.

This is a great role for recent graduates and more experience administrative professionals.  This role will require you to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients in an administrative capacity.

Key duties and responsibilities include;

  • Working closely with teams in Paris, France
  • Drafting Initial Emails and Letters in French
  • Drafting online application forms
  • Booking appointments
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Checking Compliance packs
  • Drafting and Submitting Certificates of Sponsorship
  • Answering queries
  • Participating in case audits
  • Taking on additional projects as required
  • Ad hoc administrative functions, as needed

To be successful in this role you  MUST  be able to speak, write and read in French.  You will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, in a team with excellent communication skills.
