Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a legal services practice who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their finance team.

You will be providing support with the accountancy function and duties will include;

  • Updating and maintaining case management systems
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Completing instructions on accounts in line with client requirements
  • Updating systems with details of incoming payments
  • Processing cheques
  • Inputting new business referrals and supplier updates onto case management systems
  • Providing support with invoicing and payment allocation
  • Posting sales and purchase transactions onto inhouse systems
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Producing ad hoc client reports

To be considered for this role you will need to have similar experience gained within a commercial role. You should have strong IT and customer communication skills, an ability to work in an organised and logical manner and good numerical skills.

This role is a mixture of home and office based working and free parking is available.
