Sue Ross Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client, a global leader in their industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Export Administrator to work on one of their divisions. The role will report into the Customer Service Team Leader and you will be required to efficiently liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer satisfaction is exceeded on a daily basis and to work towards agreed weekly, monthly and annual standards and KPI’s.
You will be part of a small team responsible for order processing, liaising with internal and external departments such as demand planning, the warehouse team and transport planning. You will be the first point of contact for all communication from the key accounts and sales teams. A key element of the role is to ensure that all service failures are recorded, with minimum delay, and all necessary investigation is carried out either internally or via our Distribution/Warehouse partners.

The successful candidate will enjoy a fast and busy workload and enjoy working to and succeeding deadlines. Ideally you will have had prior export experience and a fluency in the FRENCH language would also be useful but by no means essential. Currently the company offer a combination of office and remote working however this may change at some point throughout the contract and may become fully office based. Therefore, it is essential that you are comfortable with either option.
