Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a dynamic, global digital media and software business to recruit a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Our client is an international market leader in digital media services, helping global brands transform physical spaces through a range of digital technologies. With a footprint spanning twelve global locations and a team of 250+ professionals headquartered in Chesterfield, they work with some of the world’s most high-profile and innovative names to bring brands to life in the real world.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative digital marketer to shape and grow the digital presence across a portfolio of distinctive brands. Ideal for a recent marketing graduate with a couple of years of hands-on experience, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and fresh ideas to a varied and dynamic role with huge scope for development.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Coordination

• Work with stakeholders to create a content calendar across brands.
• Write and develop a range of content – blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and more.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Manage formatting, approvals, and timely delivery of all assets.

Campaign & Channel Management

• Support in planning and executing digital campaigns across web and social.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor post and campaign performance and compile performance reports.

SEO & Website Support

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
• Help maintain the editorial calendar and ensure alignment with wider digital goals.
• Work with designers and copywriters to optimise content for search.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics and Semrush to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversions.
• Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Administration

• Maintain a centralised library of assets, brand guidelines, and copy decks.
• Liaise with internal and external creatives to meet deadlines.
• Assist in planning internal workshops, webinars, and events.

The ideal candiate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategy with previous experience with content creation, planning and scheduling. They will posses a creative flair and strong attention to detail and be highly organised with great time management.
