Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an established, ambitious professional services group of companies who specialise in the property industry.

Due to success and expansion, they require a highly skilled Data & Analytics Manager to join their Marketing team.

Key duties:

  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions within Marketing
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, sales, marketing and product teams
  • Design and build technical processes to address business issues
  • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, etc
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs
  • Design and build a processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables
  • Drive future development of data analytics within the business
  • Organise and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Analysing the performance of all marketing channels and campaigns, and continuously looking to improve them
  • Budget management
  • Continually reviewing and automating all reporting and processes
  • Technical implementation of new onsite tagging and technologies using Google Tag Manager and others
  • Testing, building and tracking new web and email products
  • Providing insight from our Customer Data Platform, and ensuring accuracy of data
  • Debugging issues with web analytics technology, and testing new deployments
  • Monitor competitors and developments across the digital landscape for opportunities to improve UX
  • Identifying and implementing new features and product opportunities to drive revenue, through platform enhancements and new marketing channels
  • Manage, develop and coach the Data & Insight team
  • Ensure the data is correct at every stage of the process
  • To be able to work closely with all stakeholders to fully understand their needs
  • To fully understand the data and systems to find the correct solutions to any possible issue that may arise

Key requirements:

  • 3 + years’ experience in the digital space – someone who has worked with large datasets.
  • Experience with Funnelytics and lead to sales conversion funnels
  • Prior management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and provide a high quality of work consistently
  • Able to present to a wide-ranging audience and various levels of expertise
  • Must be proactive and have that drive to achieve within this role
  • An understanding of data modelling, predictive modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, digital business
  • Advanced user of Excel, and Google Analytics, Google Data studio plus others
  • Strong technical understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using A/B testing software
  • Ability to present data and research to senior management and use it to justify business decisions
