Description

We are currently working with a fantastic manufacturing company who, due to excessive workloads, are now looking to recruit an Customer Service Administrator.  This is a really exciting opportunity to work with a small team who provide an exceptional customer service experience to their client base.  Day to day duties will include:

•          Sales order processing, updating the CRM system as appropriate

•          Complaints handling finding a resolution which is amenable to all parties

•          Providing telephone advice to customers, working to strict timescales

•          Providing administration support including email correspondence, filing, archiving material etc.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience coupled with experience of dealing with complaints.  You will be someone who understands and really values the ‘customer experience’ and as such you will be professional, calm and confident.  Proven order processing experience is ideal  and the ability to use SAP could be advantageous.  This is a great role that is ongoing and will really suit a person who enjoys working as part of a busy team in an encouraging and positive manner.   Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
