Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an international and rapidly expanding company.  Currently they are looking to recruit a first class Customer Service/Sales Administrator to cover a 6 month fixed term contract.  Although a contract initially, there is a real chance that the role could become permanent due to the nature of the role.

Key duties will include:

  • To provide Customer Service Excellence to new and existing customers constantly striving for continuous improvement.
  • To serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues.
  • Processing multiple orders received via email, phone, and customer portals
  • Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers in a professional and competent manner
  • To answer, log and resolve all inbound enquiries to the department in a timely manner
  • To arrange the uplift of unwanted stock from customers, raising credit notes and investigating complaints
  • To ensure sales teams are always supported
  • Liaise with our 3rd Party Logistics providers to resolve delivery issues
  • Working as part of a small team in a fast-paced office, towards one common goal
  • To have the skills and knowledge to be able to provide adequate cover for colleagues
  • General office administrative tasks and ad hoc duties within the scope of the role

The successful candidate will certainly have proven customer service skills albeit whether this is from a manufacturing environment or perhaps retail that is flexible.  The role will be working a combination of office and remote working and will suit someone who is disciplined and motivated.  It will entail strong customer service skills combined with the ability to provide a high level of service under often strict timescales.  You will be fully supported in both training and your day to day work.
