Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a well-established client based within the Hope Valley.  We are currently looking to assist them with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant for a temporary to permanent opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Reconciliation of customer accounts on a monthly basis
  • Resolving any customer queries for both UK and overseas customers
  • Providing support to the finance team where needed, ensuring all needs are met at the request of the Financial Controller.
  • Assist with any invoice or receipt queries.
  • Reviewing aged receivables and chasing any debts.
  • Applying any allocated cash to customers’ accounts
  • Checking the credit of companies and adding credit limits onto their accounts.
  • Using your previous experience of Microsoft Office to assist with the administration of various business systems.
  • Liaising with the sales team on a regular basis.
  • Focus on building rapports with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within Accounts Receivable, be proactive and enjoy working in a highly productive team.  Although a car is ideal due to their proximity to the train station this is also an option.  In return, our clients will offer some fantastic benefits such as an early finish on Friday, cycle to work scheme, company incentive schemes and social and sports events.  An even better you will be working in the beautiful HOPE VALLEY.
