Sue Ross Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client, a global leader in their industry.  They are looking for a temporary Administrator who has experience using Excel at an Advanced level to join their team asap for a duration of c.3months.  This role will most likely be extended as our clients peak times are during the summer months.   This role is working full time Monday – Friday, with a combination of office and home working, although our client will not discount any candidates who want to work full time in the office.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for managing promotions, discounts and on going pricing as part of creation and maintenance of prices for customers.  An understanding of customers, pricing and items is highly desirable for this role.

Key duties and responsibilities include;

•            Creating and maintaining intercompany and customers sites
•            Setting up barcodes and pricing categories for new and existing items
•            Managing master files for accounts, pricing and items
•            Supporting the team with any Customer Service and Consumer Services
•            Creating and maintain all customer information

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, have a professional telephone manner, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills and MUST be available for work immediately.  This role would suit someone who has good time management skills and enjoys multi-tasking.
