Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a world leading, medical supplies company who are recruiting a dynamic and proactive experienced Administrator.  This is an office based covering a Fixed Term Contract with the potential for the role to possibly become permanent. role covering long term sick leave, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.

Key duties include;

  • General maintenance of the inbox
  • Emailing reports onto customers
  • Saving reports into the relevant folders.
  • Being the point of contact for the suppliers & customers relating to queries
  • Ordering weekly kits
  • Quoting & arranging retests for results
  • Invoicing
  • Telephone office support

The successful candidate will need to have strong administration experience and a great attention to detail.  You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
