Head Office Receptionist/Administrator (Temporary) - Sheffield City Centre

Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting a Head Office Receptionist/Administrator on behalf of our client, a local service provider in Sheffield City Centre. The position will be a temporary role for up to 3 months, working 25.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

 

Key duties will include: 

 

  • Sorting and distributing a shared group email inbox
  • Working front of house, meeting and greeting customers 
  • Performing administrative duties such as processing, filing, emailing and photocopying
  • Ensuring building security is maintained and the control system is up to date
  • Allocating visitor parking spaces, ensuring requirements are planned ahead
  • Answering switchboard and internal calls 
  • Supporting internal meetings, ensuring rooms are set up appropriately
  • Ensuring the safety of employees and visitors in the event of emergencies
  • Completing and recording weekly Health and Safety checks 

 

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, experience of working within a similar role and you will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills. Knowledge of operating telephone switchboard systems is also essential.   This is a role for c. 3 months and you will work 8.00am-4.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
