Learning and Development Advisor - North Sheffield

Sue Ross Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a Sheffield based international manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Learning and Development Advisor. This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract covering a period of maternity leave, working with the Learning and Development team in a growing company. The ideal candidate will need a CLDP/CLTP qualification or be working towards one. 

 

Key Duties include: 

 

  • Assisting in the design, development and delivery of the Leadership Pathway Programmes
  • Supporting both technical and behavioural development across the organisation
  • Building relationships and assisting in commissioning training solutions from external providers
  • Delivering behavioural and systems training on the performance management process 
  • Ensuring all compliance training is undertaken within the business
  • Keeping abreast of trends and developments within the field of Learning and Development 
  • Providing administrative assistance and advisory support to the department in line with business needs

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a Learning and Development function and have a solid understanding of the processes and practice. You must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately using your own initiative.  Previous experience delivering Leadership, Management and System training programmes would be advantageous.
