Sue Ross Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a lovely, professional services company based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will  be the first port of call to visitors and callers to the business.   Performing Front of House duties with a friendly and positive attitude, as well as providing administrative support to a small team.  This role is a full-time temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent. 

 

Key duties will include: 

 

  • Answering telephone queries as the first point of contact
  • Responding to emails
  • Maintaining effective communications with all levels of personnel within the company
  • Typing general correspondence
  • Providing general administrative support

 

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. An in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is also important.
