Sue Ross Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join a lovely, professional services company based in Sheffield. This role is full-time, supporting a small team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent. 

 

Key duties will include: 

 

  • Answering telephone queries as the first point of contact
  • Taking instructions from medical experts 
  • Updating databases such as medical reports
  • Collating medical reports 
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Performing general administrative duties such as scanning and photocopying

 

To be considered for this role you will have strong customer service skills and a welcoming yet professional manner.  You will also ideally have knowledge of medical terminology, however this is not essential.
