Team Administrator/PA - Sheffield

Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation, currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TeamAdministrator/PA to support within a busy and thriving department. This is an exciting and varied role covering maternity leave and will require some flexibility to manage the various administrative tasks that arise. 
Key duties are as follows: 
  • Performing full Reception duties for the entire site, as the first point of contact
  • Meeting Room management
  • PA duties as required by Group Directors
  • Supporting and working with the Senior Management Team 
  • Distributing meeting agenda to all attendees
  • Main contact for telecoms provider for the contract, dealing with any issues etc
  • Providing support as the primary contact in the use of the Corporate Travel service for all Europe Group employees
  • Supporting with Group Wide Communications
  • Line Management of Site Administrators across the Group and covering holidays during busy periods
The ideal candidate will have significant administrative/PA experience and knowledge of IT systems. You must have clear communication skills and the ability to work at pace in a busy environment. Attention to detail and effective team working is also essential.
