Personal Assistant - Sheffield

Duration: c.4 weeks

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Sheffield based client in the Education sector who are recruiting a PA to support their Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with highly organised administration skills to ensure the department achieve their objectives. You must have an enhanced DBS to be considered for this role

 

Key duties include:

  • Proving project support, secretarial support, and both general and financial administration 
  • Monitoring project plans
  • Drafting papers and briefings 
  • Building and maintaining manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Principal
  • Receiving and redirecting all incoming mail 
  • Greeting visitors to the offices
  • Maintaining the presentation of the facilities
  • Arranging catering 
  • Managing office supplies and stationary stocks
  • Managing competing diaries and travel arrangements 
  • Handling emails, telephone messages, and correspondence, ensuring appropriate and timely responses 
  • Co-ordinating meetings, preparing agendas, writing minutes and monitoring outcomes

 

With experience of working in a Personal Assistant role within a busy office, you will plan and prioritise the teams’ workload whilst continually seeking ways to improve processes and procedures to ensure the effective running of the team. This role involves the research and analysis of data, and you will be interpreting and presenting complex information. You will enjoy the challenge of a highly variable workload, with the confidence to use your initiative, judgement, and discretion to work independently, making decisions to solve problems on a daily basis. 

 

You will work calmly and professionally under pressure, monitoring tight deadlines whilst providing excellent customer service.
