Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist international manufacturing and distribution company looking for highly focused individual to join their purchasing team for a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of this being extended.  

 

Duties include:

 

  • Ensuring purchase orders are placed correctly 
  • Analysing trends to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Preparing invoices
  • Inventory reporting
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers
  • Sales forecasts
  • Being responsible for stock management against agreed inventory targets
  • Updating records as necessary

 

 

To be considered for this position you will need to have previous experience working with purchasing practices.  This is a highly regulated company and as such you will need to show a high attention to detail at all times, along with the ability to communicate at all levels.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company who have a fantastic reputation within their industry.
