Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading professional services company in the recruitment of a Senior Administrator.  This role requires previous high level administration experience as you will be supporting various Directors and Senior Associates. 

Duties will include;

  • Drafting invoices and logging them on the invoice system
  • Drafting technical letters
  • Compiling reports
  • Dealing with new business enquiries
  • Reviewing and drafting office policies
  • Assisting other administrators, HR and accounts staff as necessary
  • Checking and chasing invoice payments
  • Updating staff records
  • Dealing with various office management duties
  • Typing reports
  • Answering the phone

Our client are seeking a well organised, self-motivated and hardworking individual.  Previous senior administration experience is required for this position, as the role includes office management, PA and some accounts duties. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.
